Your Step-by-Step Guide to Booking a Party in Roller Manage
Step 1: Log into Roller Manage
Make sure you have management access.
Open Roller Manage and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Start a New Booking
Click on the “Bookings” tab on the left-hand side.
Select “Create New Booking.”
Step 3: Enter Customer Details
On the Details tab, fill out:
First name
Last name
Email address
Click the red “Add Booking Holder” button to save the info.
Step 4: Choose Party Package & Date
On the right-hand side, go to Availabilities.
Select the desired party date.
Click on the Product box.
Press the triangle icon next to the Party section.
Choose the package that suits them best.
Make sure to explain each package and upsell if possible!
Don’t forget to click Apply after selecting.
Step 5: Select a Time, Add Guests and Complete the form
Click Search to view available times.
Let the customer know this is the start of the jump time.
Remind them to arrive 30 minutes early.
If no times appear, it’s likely they’re fully booked.
Choose a time and enter the number of guests (minimum 10 or 12, depending on the package).
Click Add to Booking and then Reserve.
Now Find the Documents tab.
Select in to it.
In the right hand side there is add form. Click on that.
Then choose the correct form for the correct party package.
Fill out all the questions and click save.
Step 6: Booking Confirmed!
The party is now reserved in the system.
Payment Options
Paying In-Store (Reception)
Open POS.
Use the search bar to find the new booking (it will show as Pending).
The guest can now pay by card or cash like a normal booking.
Paying Over the Phone
Stay in the booking in Roller Manage.
Click the “Take Payment” button at the top of the screen.
Send a payment request to their email.
Stay with the customer while they complete the payment to ensure it goes through.
All Done! The party is booked, reserved, and paid for. You’re all set!
