How to create a booking in POS!

This article will show you how to create a booking in a POS till. 

1. Access the Roller POS page. The URL should you need it is https://pos.roller.app
2. Then Log in using your Roller log in details 
3. Select from the menu options on the left hand side. In the video below I have chosen Open Play
4. From here select the date the customer would like to book.
5. Then select the time.
6. Roller will then display all available products. In the bottom left of each product you will see the price per ticket, and on the bottom right you will see how many available tickets are left. 
7. Choose the correct product and quantity of tickets.
8. Always remember to ask the customer at this point if they need any jumping socks. These can be added if necessary in the Sock section on the left hand side
9. Once everything is in the basket click on "add booking holder" in the top right hand side of the page. 
10. You can then either search for an existing customer using their full name/ email address. Or you can add a new user by entering their full name, email address and telephone number. 
11. Once this is done select "Pay Total"
12. This will then open the payment page where you can choose, "cash, card or gift card"
