The first thing to do it to turn your device off. Whilst switched off get a dry cloth and give the mouse pad a wipe down and ensure there is nothing stuck to it or in the corners.
If doing these steps don't fix the problem, the next thing to do is plug in a usb mouse and check if your laptop requires any updates.
If all of these steps have been followed and there is still no luck. Raise a ticket through this forum and someone from the team will reach out to assist. Until the problem is resolved continue using a usb mouse.
