My laptop is lost/ has been stolen what do I do?

First thing to do is to report this to the police. You will then be given a CAD number.


You then need to raise a support ticket with as much detail as possible. Where the incident has occurred, times etc. We will also need your crime reference number. Someone from IT support will then be in contact with you to discuss further if needed.


Until we have sufficient information we cannot order you a new laptop/ equipment.
