To view gift card balances you can either look at report by:
1. Log in to Venue Manager
2. Go to products
3. Search Gift Card
4. Click on the 3 little dots on the right hand side of the product
5. Select view gift cards.
6. This will then export all gift card data in to an excel sheet where you can put filters on and search.
The other option is if a customer supplies you with the gift card number/ booking id you can use the Roller search function in either Venue Manager or POS and click in to the booking. You will then be able to see the balance/ usage in there.
