1. Log in to Roller POS.
2. Find the tab called Gift Voucher.
3. Select the Gift Card Product.
4. Then type in the amount the customer would like to purchase. For example £20.
5. You will then be prompted to enter a gift card number, you should have an excel sheet with these pre-made codes. If you need more or cannot find it please reach out to Marketing@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk and they will be able to provide you with new ones.
6. Enter your gift card number where prompted and click 'Apply'.
7. Click Pay Total.
8. Add the customers details, you can either search for them if they are an existing customer, or you can enter their details if they are a new one. You will need full name, email address and phone number to do this.
9. The click save and pay.
10. Choose the payment option and process it.
11. The customer should then receive 2 emails from us. The first being the confirmation email, the second detailing all the information regarding the gift card.
