Slow internet... next steps

1. Check another device, if it is only one device where the internet is being slow then it is more than likely an issue with that device. A restart will normally resolve any issues if only one device is affected.


2. If all devices have a slow internet connection then report it to IT as soon as possible so that it can be looked into, having one person to consult with on site during this is helpful as things can be worked through
