I need to create a distribution list

A distribution list in Outlook is a single contact address that represents a group of people (email recipients). It allows you to send one email that reaches multiple people at once. This is ideal for team updates, project communications, or department-wide announcements. 


All park teams, central teams, call centre should have their own lists already. If you need to create a new one or amend an existing one please reach out by submitting a ticket and requesting it. One of the IT team will support with this as soon as possible.


An Example of lists that already exist and their functions can be found below:


Finance@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk - A way to submit finance queries

Payroll@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk  - For all payroll queries

PM@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk - To easily contact all park managers

DPM@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk  - To easily contact all deputy park managers

APM@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk  - To easily contact all assistant park manager

Headoffice@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk - For all central team contact

Customerserviceteam@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk - For contacting all of the call centre team
